Personal License

TL;DR

Personal, non‑transferable permission to use our wallpapers on your own devices. No redistribution, resale, or use in products. Commercial use requires a separate license.

1) Scope & Grant

  • Type: Non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, worldwide.

  • Use: Set as wallpaper on your personal devices; show in screenshots or photos of your device.

  • Duration: Perpetual for the purchased files, as long as you comply with this license and the Terms of Use.

2) What you can Do

  • Use on up to 5 personal devices owned/used by you (e.g., phone, tablet, desktop/laptop, watch).

  • Share photos/screens of your setup on social media or blogs (no raw file sharing).

  • Make personal prints (e.g., 1–5 copies for your room/office). Not for sale.

3) What you cannot do

  • No redistribution or resale of the files (free or paid), including packs, drives, bundles, or uploads to wallpaper/apps/sites.

  • No commercial use (marketing, ads, brand assets, monetized products, app themes).

  • No merchandise/packaging (posters for sale, phone cases, apparel, etc.).

  • No logo/trademark use, no implying endorsement.

  • No training of AI models, datasets, or similar.

  • No sublicensing or sharing files with friends, teams, or clients.

4) Delivery & Access

  • Instant download after checkout via email link and My Library.

  • Re‑download anytime; abuse protection may apply.

5) Ownership & Credit

  • Copyright stays with Zaiu / original artists.

  • Credit is not required but appreciated:

6) License ID

  • Your order number is your license ID. Keep your receipt/email.

7) Breach & Termination

  • Breach may lead to license revocation and account restrictions.
