返金・返品ポリシー

1. 商品の性質と総則

  • 当ストアの商品はデジタルコンテンツ（壁紙データ）およびサブスクリプションです。物品の配送はありません。

  • デジタル商品の性質上、ご購入後の返品・キャンセル・交換は原則としてお受けできません。

  • ただし、データの欠陥・破損・誤配信など当社起因の不具合が確認できた場合は、代替データの提供または返金で誠実に対応いたします。

2. 返金・再提供の対象となるケース

  • ダウンロードファイルの破損・再生不可・解凍不可（端末・OS・アプリ情報、エラーメッセージをご提示ください）

  • 誤配信（商品ページ記載と異なる内容・サイズの配布）

  • 重複課金／重複注文（同一商品・短時間に二重決済が発生した場合）

  • 決済上の異常（決済システム障害による未提供 など）

  • 上記に該当する場合、購入後48時間以内にサポート（hello@zaiu.jp）へご連絡ください。状況確認のうえ、代替データ再提供／リンク再発行／サイズ調整等の是正が難しいと判断した場合に限り、返金いたします。

3. 返金・再提供の対象外となる例

  • お客様の都合によるキャンセル／イメージ違い／端末変更・機種変更に伴う不適合（商品に複数サイズを同梱している場合を含む）

  • すでに正常にダウンロード済みである場合

  • 無料配布やクーポン等により無償で取得したコンテンツ

  • ライセンス違反（再配布・再販売・素材化）に該当する場合

4. ダウンロード・再発行

  • 購入後、**「マイページ（My Library）」**およびメールのリンクから即時ダウンロード可能です。

  • 不正防止のため、有効期限・回数の上限を設けることがあります。上限に達した場合でも、正当な理由がある場合は再発行いたします。

5. サブスクリプションの解約と返金

  • 次回更新日の前日までにマイアカウントから解約可能です。

  • 既にお支払い済みの期間について、日割り返金は行いません。解約後も、期間満了日まではご利用いただけます。

  • 誤課金・重複課金が確認された場合は返金します。

6. 返金方法と所要時間

  • 返金は原則として元のお支払方法にて行います。カード会社・決済事業者の処理により、反映まで5–10営業日程度かかる場合があります。

  • 外貨建て・為替レート差、カード会社手数料は発行体の規約に従います。

7. クーリング・オフについて

  • 通信販売には、原則としてクーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。ただし、本ポリシーおよび法令に基づく**欠陥対応（代替・返金）**は行います。

  • EU/UK 等の法域における「デジタルコンテンツの撤回権」は、即時提供への同意と撤回権放棄の確認により適用外となる場合があります（決済画面の同意事項をご確認ください）。

② English Reference — Refund & Return Policy (Digital Goods)

 

Nature of products

Digital wallpapers and memberships. No physical shipping. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. If files are defective, corrupted, undelivered, or misdelivered, we will provide replacement or a refund.

Eligible cases

  • Corrupted/unplayable/unzip‑error files (include device/OS/app info & error messages)

  • Wrong assets delivered (mismatched content/size)

  • Duplicate charge/order, or payment anomaly

  • Contact us within 48 hours of purchase at hello@zaiu.jp. If we cannot remedy by re‑issuing files/links or resizing, we will issue a refund.

Not eligible

  • Change of mind, aesthetic mismatch, device change when multiple sizes are provided

  • Already successfully downloaded items

  • Free items or zero‑priced orders

  • License violations (redistribution/resale)

Downloads & re‑issue

Files are available instantly via My Library and email link. Download expiry/limits may apply to prevent abuse; we will reset limits for legitimate cases.

Subscriptions

Cancel before the next renewal from your account; no pro‑rata refunds for the current period. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.

Refund method & timeline

Refunds go to the original payment method; posting may take 5–10 business days subject to your provider. FX and issuer fees follow your card terms.

Cooling‑off / Withdrawal

In Japan, cooling‑off generally does not apply to mail‑order e‑commerce. In EU/UK, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge waiver of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
